Taufik Kassis, MD, is a highly trained board certified Internal medicine physician providing medical care at Community Family Clinic, PLLC.  With locations in Frenchburg, Mt. Sterling, Owingsville, and Stanton Kentucky, he specializes in Internal and Addiction Medicine and has over 25 years of experience in the medical field including 6 years experience in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Kassis graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Damascus University, in Damascus, Syria. He enjoys helping patients of all ages live the best quality of life possible. Those struggling with injuries and illnesses, as well as chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney diseases, COPD, asthma, addiction, and many more conditions, can rely on Dr. Kassis for exceptional care.

He maintains his Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine board certifications by participating in continuing education programs and board maintenance activities. He stays current on the latest advances in primary care. The use of highly effective preventive medicine solutions, evaluations, diagnoses, and cutting-edge treatments is the hallmark of his practices.
