Sliding Fee Discount Program

The Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to patients who qualify based on household income and family size, in accordance with the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Discounts are available for all services and apply to both insured and uninsured patients. No patient will be denied services due to inability to pay.

Nominal Fees

Patients with household income above 100% of the Federal Poverty Level may be responsible for a nominal fee. Nominal fees are not charged to patients at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
