We accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.  If you are insured by a plan we are not contracted with or payment if you do not have a current insurance card with you, you may be responsible for payment. Knowing your insurance benefits is your responsibilty.  Please contact your insurance company with any questions you have about your coverage.



All Copays and Deductibles are due at the time of service.  This arrangement is part of your contract with your insurance company.

Please be aware that some services you recieve may not be covered by your Plan.  You are responsible for payment of those services.  Questions about non-covered services should be directed to your insurance company.


We will submit your claim to your insurance company and assist you in any reasonable way we can to get your claim paid.  Sometimes, your insurance company may need additional information directly from you.  It is your responsibility to comply with their request.  Failure to comply with their request will result in your claim being denied and the balance becoming your responsibility.


When your insurance does not pay your claim in full, such as when a balance is applied to Copay, Coinsurance, or Deductible, that balance should be paid at your very next visit.  Payments arrangements can always be made to suit your budget.


If your coverage changes, it is your responisibilty to provide us with that information.


Please be aware that our fees are represenative of the usual and customary fees for our area.  

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover and Mastercard (credit and debit).

A $25 fee will be charged for any check returned for insufficient funds.
