internal, family and behavioral medicine.  Our clinics

proudly serve Menifee, Montgomery, Bath, Powell and

surrounding counties in Eastern, Kentucky. Our clinics are

staffed by Dr. Taufik Kassis, and his highly-trained team of

Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Behavioral

Health providers.

All locations offer on-site laboratory services 5 days a week, and other diagnostic testing such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and 24-hour holters (heart monitors).  Radiology is offered in our Mt. Sterling and Stanton locations. If there is a need, we can also admit patients directly to the hospital to ensure that the best possible care is provided to our patients.

Our Providers at Community Family Clinic, PLLC and Casa San Pio Clinics of Appalachia welcomes everyone.  Offering urgent care, sick visits, annual physical exams, DOT/CDL physicals, vaccinations, and other preventive medicine services, including Medicare Annual Wellness exams. We treat patients with a wide variety of chronic illness to include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart disease, diabetes, minor injuries, workers' compensation and motor vehicle cases.
